Our Story

Betsy and I grew up and live in Cincinnati, OH.  She's a graduate of Bowling Green State University and I'm a graduate of Gannon University.  We have 3 wonderful children.  One graduated in 2020 from the University of Kentucky, one graduated in May 2023 from Bluffton University, and the youngest will graduate in the spring of 2024 from the University of Tennessee.

We purchased this villa from Betsy's parents in September of 2018.  We've been vacationing here for the past 35 years with our family.  We love the location, especially the fact that it's steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach.  So when her parents decided to sell, we just knew we had to keep it in the family.
